Cancellation Deadline
Cancellation deadline is 7pm Saturday, August 27, 2022.
There will be a full refund if cancelled before this deadline.
There will no refunds after this time.
There will be refunds for events cancelled due to inclement weather.
Tournament Format
Skill divisions will include both females and males and will be divided into Novice, Intermediate and Advanced divisions based upon your self evaluation. All divisions will play a 6-game round robin with random pairings prepared by the Tournament Director. All games will be to 11 points win by 1. “Medalists” will be determined firstly on total Wins, and if there is a tie, it will be broken based on total points and if there is still a tie, based on the flip of a coin. There will be three male and three female medalists for each division. In addition, there will be a male “King of the Hill” and a female “Queen of the Hill” determined from all participants based on the highest aggregate of points won plus AGE!!

Wednesday, August 31, 2022, 11:30am – 1:30 pm
Novice
Wednesday, August 31, 2022, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Wind-up, “Medal” Presentations and Social
Wednesday, August 31, 2022, 5:00 pm – ?? pm
