Team Reach App
The club uses the Team Reach app. This app provides for very quick and efficient communications between the club and members and between members themselves. The app will have all of the weekly schedules for play and instant communications on changes in venue, ie. if Milestone is rained out and pickleball is moved to the Pronger arena. Other features include notifications such as current court conditions, who is and is not coming to any given play time and the ability for members to post photos. Like most apps, members will receive notifications when a new communication is posted on the app. This app is a great supplement to our website and provide a more direct, less cumbersome way keep up with daily events. We encourage everyone to join when you receive your invitation. The app is very easy to download and join. Our group is known as Dryden Picklers. You will receive your invitation along with the access code when you sign up with the club. Norm Bush, Al Cesiunas, and Mike English are the Administrators of the app. If you have any questions, please email us or give us a call.

Dryden Pickleball Club
Our club has continued to expand, both from a membership and facility perspective. It has become apparent that the club needs to provide our members with better overall access to the pickleball communities in both Ontario and Canada.
In addition, we recognize that pickleball has some inherent risks. In order to better protect our members and the club, securing injury and liability insurance has become essential to supporting our club’s operation.
To ensure we provide the best overall experience for our members, the club has decided to make it a requirement for our members to join Pickleball Ontario and Pickleball Canada, in addition to the Dryden Pickleball Club.
The annual fees for PB Ontario and PB Canada are a modest $10.00 each. For these fees, we all get the benefits of not only insurance coverage but access to rules, training and event information. As a member of the broader Canadian Pickleball community, we also help the growth of Pickleball locally and across the country.
The Dryden Pickleball website is available now as part of the Pickleball Canada website (pickleballcanada.org) for registration and payment of fees. It is also part of the PB Ontario website. The total fees will be $30.00 for the Dryden Pickleball Club, $10.00 for PB Ontario and $10.00 for PB Canada plus a small processing fee. You can register and pay now under the PB Canada website, or through the link under the PB Ontario site.
If you need any assistance signing up, please contact either Mike English, Al Cesiunas, Norm Bush, Denise Callaghan or Terri Sisco. We encourage everyone to join as quickly as possible to fully enjoy the benefits of membership, including the insurance coverage. Anyone who has not joined PB Ontario, PB Canada and the Dryden Pickleball Club will be unable play with the club.
We are very excited to take the Dryden Pickleball Club to the next level to both enhance your pickleball experience and provide the protection you deserve. We hope you will be as excited as we are with this new direction and look forward to your ongoing membership and support.
Thank you

3 Scoring will be 1pt for a win, 2 pts for a pickle or an ATP. Games are first to 11pts.
4 In the case of an injury or a player opts out of play prior to the end of Round robin play the following comes into play:
a) the player without the partner may choose to play the scheduled round robin match as an individual, (1 player vs 2 player full court play) The individual player is allowed 2 serves as per doubles play. If the individual beats the two player no matter the score the individual receives 2pts. Pts. The doubles team follows normal pt. Scoring, 1 pt. For a win 2 pts for a pickle.
b) the player without a partner may opt to use the first numbered player who is designated as a bye for that match. Eg: bye players for that match are (1 & 4) The player can only use player # 1. In the following games the player can only use the second player in the bye. That rotation for bye players will be used in each match. Note bye players will not be awarded any points for a win, bye players are to assist the individual player win his or her match.
c) if there are no bye players the individual player may play the 1vs 2 format or forfeit the match.
