Pickleball Yorkton offers Learn to Play Clinic

Pickleball Yorkton offers 3 hour Learn to Play Pickleball sessions for new members beginning in October 2024. The dates and times are: 

January 12th 2025 9-12 

March 30th 2025 9-12 

All clinics are at the Gloria Hayden Community Center. 

Pickleball Yorkton Coaches  provides a introduction to the basics so you can get started, meet other new players and move into recreational play. Only 12 spots open per clinic and membership with Pickleball Canada is required.

What are the annual fees to play Pickleball ?

Annual membership's run January 1st to December 31st.

Pickleball Yorkton's 2024 membership fee is $10.00 per individual.

If Yorkton is your “home” club, you will also be joining Pickleball Saskatchewan ($7.00) and Pickleball Canada ($10.00) at the same time for a total of $27.00 plus service fees.

New or renewing members who have a paid-up membership with another Pickleball Canada club in Saskatchewan, will only be charged the Pickleball Yorkton fee of $10.00 plus service fees.

New or renewing members who have a paid-up membership with another Pickleball Canada club outside Saskatchewan, will only be charged the Pickleball Yorkton and Pickleball Saskatchewan fees for at total of $17.00. 

Keeping your membership up to date keeps your Sport Injury insurance in force plus provides opportunity to receive invitations to register for organized play and training opportunities.  Login to your account to update if you change any information such as your address etc. or to print your membership card or view receipts, etc.

Player Development Program Start January 25th

Play Pickleball with better skills, accurate shots, calculated strategies, defensive play or aggressive. The program gives serious pickleball players 6 sessions to practice and refine their pickleball skills to reach their desired competitive skill set to achieve more success on the pickleball court. 

A commitment to all 6 sessions is expected and encouraged to gain the most benefit from the program. 

Dates are: Jan 25th Feb 15th Mar 23 Apr 12 and May 10th 

All sessions are from 9-11 at the Gloria Hayden Community Center

Gloria Hayden Community Center Open most mornings during the week for Drop In Pickleball provided by the City of Yorkton. Pay the drop in fees at the office. 3 courts. 

Pickleball Yorkton has booked two spots at the Gloria Hayden Community Center: Thursday nights 5-7 pm and Sunday afternoons 1-3 PBY charges $7.00 per player and collects at the door. These fees cover the cost of the gym rental.

Gallagher Center Flexihall: Check PBY's "Sign Up Genius" for days and times. Drop In Pickleball is provided by the City of Yorkton and fees are collected at the service desk before entering flexihall. 7 courts welcome players of all skill levels.
