Photography Policy
We love seeing our members in action! To keep our community vibrant while respecting everyone’s privacy, we are implementing the following guidelines regarding photography and social media.
Our Official Photography Policy
Moving forward, photos taken for the club’s official use (website, social media, or newsletters) will be handled through formal arrangements only.
• Advance Notice: Members will be notified in advance if a photographer will be present for a "formal shoot" during club hours.
• Consent & Opt-Out: Your privacy is our priority. If you do not wish to be featured in official club media, please let us know. We are committed to ensuring these requests are strictly honored.
A Note on Peer-to-Peer Privacy
While we can’t monitor every smartphone on the courts, we ask all members to be mindful and respectful of one another.
• Ask First: Before posting a photo or video of another member to your personal social media, please ensure they are comfortable with it.
• Be Mindful: Not everyone wants their "game face" or athletic bloopers shared publicly! A little courtesy goes a long way in keeping our club a welcoming space for all.
