⏰ Tournament begins at 9:00 AM sharp – please arrive early to check in!
🎉 Modified MLP-Style (Traditional Scoring) using a Round Robin Format (including Play-Offs)

Deadline to Register: September 14, 2025
Cost: $50 per person
Must be a Sussex Pickleball Club member.
Maximum: 16 teams total – first come, first served!
👉 Format Overview:
- Teams of 4 players (2 men + 2 women)
- Each team match includes four games:
- Women’s Doubles
- Mixed Doubles #1
- Men's Doubles
- Mixed Doubles #2
All games are played to 11 points, win by 2.
🏓 How to Sign Up
You can register:
- ✅ Individually (we’ll place you on a team)
- ✅ With a partner (we’ll pair your duo with another)
- ✅ As a full team of four (2 males + 2 females)
🆕 All full teams must choose and submit a creative team name upon registration.
(If you're signing up individually or with a partner, we'll assign you to a team)
Either way, we’ll ensure you're part of a balanced, competitive, and FUN team for the day!
💡 Team Rating Cap:
When creating a full team, the combined skill ratings of all four players (DUPR or self-rated) must not exceed 14.0. We will use DUPR ratings to determine this total at time of registration.
Please note: Tournament organizers will do their best to abide by this rule. However, in cases where we need to form teams from solo registrants, there may be last-minute adjustments. Our goal is to include everyone and not leave anyone out.
📝 Note: We understand that everyone’s current DUPR rating may be somewhat skewed and not perfectly reflect true playing level. However, to keep things consistent and fair, DUPR ratings will be used for all tournaments whenever available.
If a player does not have a DUPR rating, a rating will be provided based on similar player DUPR ratings.
🔁 Tie-Breaker Rules
🎯 Every point matters!
Should at the end of the round robin play, there is a tie, then all scores of every game will be added to determine placement for the playoffs.
