Notice of Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on June 22nd, 2024 at 1:30 pm, hosted at the Aspens, 4800 Spearhead Drive, Whistler, B.C.
For the following purposes:
1. To accept the Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting;
2. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Society for the financial year ended December 31, 2023;
3. To waive the appointment of an auditor of the Society; and
4. To elect Directors for the 3 year period 2024 to 2027.
