What is Court Transition Defense?
Court transition defense involves swiftly shifting your mindset and physical positioning to capitalize on weak returns or opponent errors. It's about turning defensive situations into scoring opportunities.
Why is it So Important?
🔹Seizing Control: Effective court transition allows you to shift from defense to offense swiftly. When you’re at the net, you’re in control of the point, putting pressure on your opponents.
🔹Scoring Opportunities: Transitioning well positions you to capitalize on weak returns or opponent errors. It’s your chance to attack and score points.
🔹Maintaining Momentum: Smooth transitions keep the flow of the game in your favor. Staying proactive prevents opponents from dictating play.
🔹Team Coordination: Proper court positioning ensures you and your partner cover the court efficiently. Parallel alignment maximizes coverage and strategy utilization.
What You'll Learn:
🔸Neutral Stance Mastery: Proper positioning for balance and agility.

There must be a minimum of 4 participants for the clinic to run, up to a maximum of 8.

Refund Policy:
No refunds if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson. You have the option to find a person to take your spot.
A refund will be processed automatically in the event the clinic is cancelled due to rain or wet conditions that make the courts unsafe.
If a refund is eligible, please note, we can only refund the lesson fee and we do not charge any admin fee. Credit card processing fees are not charged by MPC and therefore not refundable.
