Introduction & Play Format
Welcome to the EPC/MPC Challenge 2026.
Espanola Pickleball Club/Manitoulin Pickleball Club Challenge for Sunday March 1, 2026. We are looking for a total of 12 players from each
club. The same round robin format used last year will be used.
There is a $15/player entry fee payable on play day to Dan Leger. (All proceeds to be donated to local charities, as the Espanola club is picking up the tournament cost.)
Note: The registration is limited to 12 from each club. If you can't register and wish to play please contact Dan.
Play starting at 9:40 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Renaissance High School
in Espanola. 301 Church Street Doors open at 8:30 a.m. Doors will close at at 9:15 a.m.
Fruit and snack foods as well as water will be available.
Please register your expression of interest and commitment to attend.

PS. You must be a member of either the Espanola Pickleball Club or the Manitoulin Pickleball Club to register.

The EPC/MPC Challenge Series is a yearly tournament challenge between the Espanola Pickleball Club and the Manitoulin Pickleball Club.
1) Registration is open to all active Espanola Pickleball Club and Manitoulin Pickleball Club members, male and female of any skill level.
2) This is a doubles tournament. Doubles partners will be randomly selected for play. On game day you will draw a number from a hat.
3) Partners are then chosen randomly to play based on your number. Each player is guaranteed 6 games. The top 4 players in each club play in the semi finals, one game to 11 (win by 2 : 1-4 vs 2-3) Winners in the semi play, from each club play in the final (best of 3 games to 11, win by 2)
4) Everyone plays no matter what your skill or age.
5) Minimal registration fee to cover expenses.
