Good morning all team players. Thanks for participating!Here is a summary of last evening’s Team challenge.
The MPC held its 2nd TEAM challenge event Tuesday evening, July 29th. There were 5 teams registered this time, up from the 4 teams at the first challenge event earlier this season.Everyone enjoyed the friendly competition and camaraderie with many very close games!

Here are the results from the Round Robin, which involved 5 rounds of play so that all teams played each other once:

From the Semi Finals: Teams 3 and 4 won the right to play for Gold and Silver, while Teams 2 and 5 competed for Bronze.
After the Final game was played: Team 2 took the Bronze, Team 3 the Silver, and our champions were Team 4 winning the Gold!!
Congratulations to all the competitors and a special thanks to all those who helped score and referee. Bud was our referee for both the semi final and the gold medal matches. Nolan deserves a special thanks for helping out Philip with Team 3 play.
Don’t forget to now register for the next MPC tournament event! Our next one is a fun, social, doubles tournament with random pairings.
