This is the Board of Directors for Manitoulin Pickleball Club, which is a not-for-profit Corporation. All Board member terms are for one year, with elections held at the Annual General Meeting typically during mid-late summer. Any member of the Club may run for election as a Board Member, provided they comply with the requirements listed in Section 4.3 of the By-laws. (By-laws are available on the Club Adminstration page of the manitoulinpickleball.ca website – only visible when logged into the website.)

  • Corporate compliance work.
  • Work with all Committees to track overall achievement relative to strategic goals.
  • Work with Strategy Committee to discuss ideas and conduct member surveys as appropriate to determine direction.
  • Provide guidance and approvals as necessary for Committees.
  • Take suggestions and delegate as necessary.
  • Pursue questions with Pickleball Ontario and Pickleball Canada (e.g. insurance 2-visit requirement, club administration best practices, etc.) and delegate initiatives as appropriate.
