Tues. Oct. 22nd & Wed. OCT. 23rd
Team will play in only a 1 Day Tourney and NOT both.

Teams/Single’s can register to play at a more advanced level when participating in either the Recreational Group Tuesday or the Competitive Group Wednesday, by selecting “Group 2”.

$40 per player ($80/team)

Register as a TEAM (please have only one partner submit online registration) OR register as an INDIVIDUAL and we will partner you up!

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Once registration has been submitted, EVERYONE who submits a request to register a team or as a single, will receive  an automated “REGISTRATION CONFIRMED” message by default which is a system generated reply. Please note, THIS IS NOT A FINAL CONFIRMATION. WE WILL CIRCLE AFTER THE DEADLINE OCT. 10th AND REGISTRATION CLOSES to confirm tournament teams.  This registration is the same as in previous tournaments and often we have more requests than we have  spaces in some categories. As always, we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate everyone’s initial  request with hopes that everyone has an opportunity to participate in the category they registered to play in.

Teams must consist of women's doubles or mixed doubles - no men's doubles.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Similar to the Spring finale, our Halloween Tournament will consist of 4 Groups over 2-days.

Members can register as a **Team or as a Single in “one” of the groups listed below.

Select to play in “either” Recreational Team/Single or a Competitive Team/Single

Groups will be matched similar to the peering’s in our last tourney to the best of our ability.

We will not be collecting fees during this on-line registration process. We will advise when you can e-transfer tournament registration fees to ecrockpcnl@gmail.com once we confirm the teams.

Scoring remains the same, Teams Play 9 (10 min.) Round Robin matches to a max of 15 pts.

Each Group will playoff in separate Final rounds at the end of the day to place 1st, 2nd & 3rd

Groups “will not” cross over in Playoffs

Members are welcome to come cheer teams over both days and take some great matches!
