Halifax Pickleball Youth league -- 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on Sundays from November 15 through December 13 and January 17 through 31.
This league is suited to youth ages 12 to 18 (as of December 31) who have completed our learn to play (or an equivalent program elsewhere) and are ready to play independently. Our volunteer coaches will provide support and game development tips but it is expected that players understand the basics of the game.
Club membership is not required to join the waiting list for this league but once it comes time to confirm your registration you will need to be a members of Halifax Pickleball Club (you can join at the same time a you register). Club membership details can be found by clicking the home button or at www.HalifaxPickleball.ca (to note, Pickleball Canada offers a grace period after September 1st so if you are joining for the first time in September or later your membership will cover next year).
Our facility dress code requires loose fitting clothing that covers from shoulders to fully past the knees. There is a viewing area for family members who wish to watch -- only participants will be allowed in the gym.
Registration fees are non-refundable (should you need to cancel we can try to find someone to fill your spot, and then would provide a partial refund less our administration fees, but there is no guarantee of this). If the program is cancelled due to insufficient registration or other issues we would fully refund everyone. Changes in our access to the gym may result in the need to reschedule but this is very rare.
