    • Resolution #1: Amendment to Bylaw 5.05 (Quorum reduction 10% to 5%)
    • Resolution #2: Housekeeping Amendment (Clerical & Numbering fixes)

Voting Opens: Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM

Voting Closes: Friday, February 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM

Instructions:

  1. Members will receive a unique, secure link via email on Feb 21.
  2. You will vote for Director candidates and the two Special Resolutions.
  3. Special Resolutions require a 2/3 majority (66.7%) to pass.
  4. Results will be officially announced and ratified at the AGM on Feb 28.
  5. Note: Floor nominations at the AGM are for remaining vacancies only. The Special Resolutions are decided exclusively by the electronic poll.
