- Has not had an undischarged bankruptcy
- Does not have any convictions for fraud or related corporate offenses in the past five years
- Does not have a spouse who is on the board

Voting Platform: ElectionBuddy.com
Voting Opens: Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM
Voting Closes: Friday, February 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM
Instructions:
- Members will receive a unique, secure link via email on Feb 21.
- You will vote for Director candidates and the two Special Resolutions.
- Special Resolutions require a 2/3 majority (66.7%) to pass.
- Results will be officially announced and ratified at the AGM on Feb 28.
- Note: Floor nominations at the AGM are for remaining vacancies only. The Special Resolutions are decided exclusively by the electronic poll.
