GB Annual Pickleball Tournament 2025

It's official!

Our second annual "Pickleball on the Bluffs" tournament will be taking place at Kemble Arena on October 25th & 26th!

We are excited to be partnering again with Taylored Pickleball Academy, who will be advertising and running the tournament for us.

Last year's event was a huge success for our club. Our club was well represented last year as about half of the registered participants were from our own club. We had over 40 teams combined registered in the Men's, Women's and Mixed Divisions.

This year, the men's and women's division will take place on Saturday, the 25th, with the mixed division to follow on Sunday the 26th.

Cost is $50 per person, with a percentage of your registration going back to the club. Everyone will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 games.

GBPC Early Bird Registration for the 2026 Season

Good morning GB Pickleball Members,
We are offering an Early Bird Special for the 2026 season!
From today until October 31st, 2025 you can register for a discounted rate of $160 (plus Pickleball Ontario and Pickleball Canada fees). Your membership will be valid until December 31st, 2026. As of November 1st, 2025 the registration fee will return to last year's regular rate of $175.00.
Our goal is to get as many members registered early so that we can budget accordingly for the upcoming indoor season. Our goal is to add more days of open play for the fall, winter and spring seasons, starting as early as October 1st.

Club Hours and Tournament Update

Hello Everyone,

We recently had our club meeting. Thank you to all members who showed up and gave their input! One of the items up for discussion was club hours. Due to lack of attendance, we have decided to cancel the following club times for the remainder of the outdoor season.

Mondays from 6pm-8pm is cancelled. We will still have Mondays from 2pm-6pm.

Thursdays from 4pm-6pm will also be cancelled.

We are doing this to save a bit of floor rental time for the fall and winter seasons.We will be adding 4 hours of club time come late September early October. There is a possibility of adding more hours depending on registration levels. We are also in the planning stages of organizing one or two club ladders starting in mid-October.

Our club tournament has been confirmed.  Taylored Pickleball Academy will host it once again on October 25-26th.

2024! A Year of Growth!

What a first year!  150 members!  5 days of court time each week!  Tournament!  Ladder!

I want to express my appreciation to all members for being such a supporting, loving, social group!  The relationships that have developed within our Kemble Arena are special and I know we all look forward to more sweat and giggles in the year to come!

Looking forward to seeing everyone, multiple times a week, for years to come!

Going to 5 Days each week! Plus our Tournament!

Thank you to all members and drop ins for a successful first year!  We started with only 2 days totalling 10 hours of play each week.  Beginning October 1st, we will be running 5 days and 18 hours each week.  We are also testing out ladder play to be added as an open option in the new year!

What we should all be EXCITED about is our upcoming First Annual Pickleball in the Bluffs TOURNAMENT!

Thursday Court Times Delayed

The Township of Georgian Bluffs has advised us that the arena will be unavailable on Thursdays until May 8. We will be playing on Sundays and Mondays beginning April 21, though, so we hope to see you soon!

It's Official

Our official first day of play is Sunday, April 21, from 8:00 am to noon at Kemble Arena. Hope to see you there!

Our next board meeting is at Kemble Arena at 6 pm on April 22. We would love to meet potential members during the drop-in session from 2 to 8, field any questions and suggestions, and help navigate the signups!
