MBC - 2026 Winter Session
WINTER SCHEDULE - THE SAME AS THE FALL SCHEDULE
The 2026 Winter Pickleball session will run Jan 6 to April 2. Monday-Thursday. No game sessions on Fridays.
The venue for the Winter Session is at the Muskoka Bible Center(MBC) located at 8 Pioneer Ave, Huntsville On.
2026, MBC "NO PLAY DATES" are January 6, February 16 and March 16-19, in addition to Fridays. Tuesdays of "no play' weeks will be the late start Monday schedule (11am-8pm). Wed-Thursday will be as usual. 9am-8pm

PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration for the Winter session will open at 4pm on December 11 2025.
Members who are renewing, register in the group you played in during the Fall Session. Those members who didn't play in the Fall Session please register in the group you played during in the Summer Session.
Any members who cannot recall the group they played in, register in the Beginners/Novice group and contact the Board and we will determine, together, what level you should play in.
New to the club? - register in Beginners/Novice and contact the Board so we can determine, together, what level you should play in.

All players must be members of Pickleball Canada and Pickleball Ontario (for insurance purposes)
Two Steps to join:
Step 1. Join Pickleball Canada and Pickleball Ontario, if you have not yet done so.
As we are approaching year end the Pickleball Canada system that we use will prompt for renewal of your membership. Your new Pickleball Canada/Ontario membership will run Jan 1 2026 to December 31, 2026
Register under Huntsville, Muskoka Pickleball

04 - Central East - Ontario, Durham, Victoria, Muskoka, Parry Sound, Haliburton, Peterborough, Northumberland, Prince Edward, Hastings, Lennox & Addington
To join Pickleball Canada is: $10.00
To join Pickleball Ontario is: $10.00
fee: 1.67 Total = 21.67
Pickleball Canada/Ontario membership runs from January 1st to December 31st.

Guest Policy and Procedure - 2025
GUEST POLICY & PROCEDURES
The Huntsville Muskoka Pickleball Club welcomes and encourages new and experienced players to come out as guests and experience the Sport of Pickleball. Guests would be defined as non-members wishing to play during scheduled club time for the Huntsville Muskoka Pickleball Club.
There are certain rules and requirements to make this a fun, and safe experience for everyone. Please review the following.
Member Responsibilities:
- All guests must be sponsored by a member in good standing of Huntsville Muskoka Pickleball Club.
- A member may sponsor up to 3 guests per day, and guest fees must be paid by the member sponsoring the guest before game play via e-transfer through club website. info@pickleballhuntsvilleont.com
- Members are to ensure space is available in the club session for their guests. More than two members waiting, guests will have to try another time. The schedule is shown on the website to identify the appropriate time for guests to play with members at similar skill levels. If the guest's skill level is below that of the group play that they attend, the Team Lead will ask the guest to play in the appropriate time slot for the guest's skill level. This is at the discretion of the Team Lead.
- Members will ensure their quests have signed all required Liability Waiver(s).
- Members with guests will advise the Team Leads upon arrival at the courts providing completed Waivers and proof of fee payment.
- The members must be present and responsible for ensuring their guest(s) abides by all the rules and Code of Conduct of the Club. The member will advise the guest(s) the location of the “AED” and “First aid” kit.
- If the sponsoring member leaves the premises, the guest must leave or another member may offer to sponsor the guest.
Guest Play
- Non Pickleball Ontario members are restricted to 2 guest visits per season session. After which they must join Pickleball Ontario. This is for insurance reasons.
- Pickleball Ontario members, who are guests are allowed five guest visits per season session (Fall,Winter,Summer). After which they must become members to continue to play.
- Guest fees are $10.00 per session for adults and $5.00 for minors, per day.
Guest Liability Waiver(s)
Liability Waivers are required to be signed by all guests for all sessions prior to playing before joining and scheduled Club sessions.
There are waivers for the Summer session (1) and for the Fall and Winter sessions at MBC there are two (2) waivers to sign. MBC requires their own liability waiver completed as well as the Club.
