Jack Bagley Community Park Grand Opening - May 4, 2024

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) invites the community to
celebrate the completion of phase one of the Jack Bagley Community Park
development project on Saturday, May 4! The event will kick off with
guest speakers and a special official opening of the sport courts. A
pickleball demonstration with an opportunity for the public to try the
sport will follow. Refreshments will be served from 11a.m. – 1p.m. Come
in your walking or running shoes and join in on the pickleball fun. All
are welcome!

Date: Saturday, May 4, 2024

Time: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Location: Jack Bagley Community Park, Powder Point Road, Nanoose Bay

Please note:
- Event parking is available in the lot accessible from Powder Point Road as well as at Nanoose Bay Community Centre.
- The sports courts will be closed during the event and opened after the pickleball demonstration is complete.

2024 Membership Registration Openings:

November 1, 2023 - 2023 club members may renew their memberships for 2024.

January 1, 2024 - Individuals that registered on the club’s Wait List after June 24, 2023 will be invited to complete their membership registrations for 2024.

February 1, 2024 - Membership will be open to all others.

Everyone on the Wait List prior to June 24, 2023 was invited to complete their 2023 membership registration. Those that chose not to exercise this option, will be removed from the club's Wait List.
