Tuesday AND Thursday 7 – 10 pm; during the school year except school holidays and breaks) 7:00 to 8:30 all are welcome; 8:30 to 10:00 3.0 level and above

Cost: $2 per session 7:00 to 8:30, $2 from 8:30 to 10 p.m. or $4.00 per session 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. (3.0 and above) Equipment provided.

Note: Park in front of the school closest to High Street, NOT IN THE PARKING LOT NEAREST THE GYM DOORS. As you face the school, follow the sidewalk along the front of the left side of the school. Go down the stairs and you will see the gym entrance. If the door is closed ring the buzzer on the side of the door and you will be let in.
