Glow in the Dark
Our upcoming Glow-in-the-Dark pickleball event is on April 4th and 5th, 2025. Click on the respective booking time slots to reserve your place on the court:
- Friday April 4, 2025:
a, 1:30 pm to 5 pm (Includes pre-game set-up help)
b: 5 pm to 7 pm
c: 7 pm to 9 pm
- Saturday April 5, 2025:
d: 8:30 am to 11:30 am
e: 11:30 pm to 2:30 pm
f: 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm (Includes post-event tear down help)
Capacity for each time slot is approximately 20 players.
Registration Deadline: April 3, 12 PM
You may book more than one time slot based on availability, and can volunteer for any slots even if not playing.Your help is greatly appreciated.
Getting Ready to attend:
- Wear white or neon coloured clothing. (do not wear dark colours, they will not reflect UV light)
- You may bring a lawn chair to sit if you wish
- Non marking court shoes, (no street shoes permitted)
When you arrive:
- Enter gym through the rear parking lot door,
- UV reflective face painting will be available at various times
- Have your paddles taped to reflect UV light
Bénévole
Volunteers are needed:
- From 1:30 to 2:30 pm on Friday the 4th, for set-up of the facility with lights, floor taping and nets
- For each time slot for greetings, paddle padding, having time slot group ready to enter onto the - court, directions to washroom etc. and
- A few for the tear down on Saturday the 5th at 5:30 pm
