Drop In Player Registration Procedures
NOTE: Drop-in players can register for any Round Robin event at any time but they will automatically be placed on the waitlist and will not be charged at the time of registration. If a space opens up they will receive an email invitation to complete their registration for that day by paying for that session with their credit card online.
- Click on the Register button at the top of the page
- Enter the information required
- You may register for multiple days by clicking on the “Add another round robin date”
- Once you have entered all of the dates that you want to register for, scroll down the page and click on the small box beside the statement “I have read and agree to the above *”
- Type your name in the Digital signature box
- Click on Proceed To Next Step
- This next screen will provide a summary of the date(s) you are hoping to play. Note that no credit card information is being asked for at this time because your registration request should automatically be put on the waitlist.
- Enter your email address
- Click on Confirm Registration
- If a space opens up, you will receive an email invitation to register and pay for that event. NOTE: You will need to pay using your credit card online if you decide to complete the registration.
- You will receive an email the night before or the morning of the event that you just registered and paid for. This email will include your court assignment and the names of the players in your pool.
