Fair Play, Integrity and Respect are core values of the North Shore Pickleball Club (NSPC)'s Code of Conduct and the Club has a process in place to address violations, both major and minor.
If/when you feel the behavior of a NSPC member has violated this Code of Conduct, please:
a) complete this form and then,
b) send an email to info@northshorepickleballclub.com to begin a review.
The complaint must be filed within fourteen days of the alleged incident. Anonymous complaints may be accepted at the Board’s discretion.
The complaint will be assigned to a Case manager who will:
Acknowledge receipt of the complaint;
Determine if the complaint is frivolous or vexatious or outside of NSPC’s jurisdiction.
Decide if the infraction is a minor or a major infraction;
Communicate these determinations to the complainant.
