Second Annual Hugh and Elaine Bohm Dinking Tournam

We would like to invite everyone at POPS to sign up to the Second Annual Hugh and Elaine Bohm Dinking Tournament on Saturday, Jul 19. Hugh and Eliane Bohm are the founders of our club and were very instrumental in introducing Pickleball into our community. They will be there to present the awards at the end of the tournament.

For this tournament, like in past years, you will play an initial round robin of 4 dinking games with different partners. The scores from those games will be tallied and then you will be placed into new divisions and play another 4 dinking games with different partners. After that is complete, we will tabulate our totals and name the division winners.

We are going to be using the Parksville Curling Club for this tournament where we will have 8 courts and we are looking for 64 participants. Please sign up using the registration link on this page. Check in and warm up will begin at 8:00 am and play will begin at 8:30 am. We look to finish early in the afternoon with awards and refreshments at the curling club lounge.

Paul Edelenbos will be looking after our nourishment as he has in past years.
