Information for Indoor Play Winter 2026

Note: Winnipeg West Pickleball Club Membership is also required!

FALL INDOOR PLAYERS HAVE 7 DAY ADVANCED BOOKING FOR REGISTRATION!


Indoor Play:

  • Spots are assigned based on skill level using Play Time Scheduler. If you don’t have a PT Scheduler account, sign up now!
  • Payment Options: New options accommodate snowbirds and different play frequencies per week. 
  • Due to schedule changes we are able to reduce the multiple month fees to $6 per play down from $7 last session.
  • Unfortunately the collective fees from indoor play exceed our small supplier exemption and we MUST now  charge GST on these services.
  • Here for January, leaving for February, back for March then leaving again for April, you can sign up as Snowbird for January and Snowbird again in March when you return (multiple entries).

Costs:

  • 2 plays a week for 4 months - $204.00 + GST (Prorated weekly)
  • 3 plays a week for 4 months - $306.00 + GST (Prorated weekly)
  • 4 plays a week for 4 months - $408.00 + GST (Prorated weekly)
  • 2 plays a week for 4 months weekends - $204.00 + GST  Working members only. (Prorated weekly). Select Advanced or Intermediate when registering.
  • 3 plays a week for 1 months Snowbird - $84.00 + GST

Play Time Scheduler Rules (January to May, 17 weeks):

  • Working (w): Gainfully employed, at least 3 days a week, no flexible working.
  • Week: Monday to Sunday.
  • Holidays: Open to all players.
  • Working Priority: First 24 hours signup for Saturdays, and Sundays for (w) players.
  • Weekday Priority: First 24 hours signup for non-working players.
  • Backfill: All members can join weekday sessions after the first 24 hours.
  • Honour System: Follow the above rules. Exceeding your weekly paid playing allocation requires $7 per extra play via e-transfer to winnipegwestpickleball@gmail.com.
  • Policing: Players who violate rules will be policed from sessions.
  • Empty Slots: Available to everyone 12 hours before the start. Organize a group to fill the slot.
  • Drop in is not available.

Guidelines:

  • Skill-based Sessions: All sessions are skill based.
  • Session Cap: 6 players per court with waitlisting; max 250 players to start.
  • Start Date: PlayTime Scheduler slots available from January 4th.
  • Weekend Play: Reserved for those who actually work and can’t play daytime hours.

  • Sturgeon Heights CC:
    • Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM (3 courts)
    • Tues, Thurs: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (4x2.25hr) (3 courts)
  • The Bruce Oake Recovery Centre:
    • Thurs: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM (4 courts)
  • Valour Rd CC - Isaac Brock Site:
    • Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri: 9:30 AM, 11:30 PM, 1:30 PM (3 courts) 
    • Sat: 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, (3 courts)
    • Sun: 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM (3 courts)
