Executive

This is the Board of Directors for Manitoulin Pickleball Club, which is a not-for-profit Corporation. All Board member terms are for one year, with elections held at the Annual General Meeting typically during mid-late summer. Any member of the Club may run for election as a Board Member, provided they comply with the requirements listed in Section 4.3 of the By-laws. (By-laws are available on the Club Adminstration page of the manitoulinpickleball.ca website – only visible when logged into the website.)

Corporate compliance work.
Work with all Committees to track overall achievement relative to strategic goals.
Work with Strategy Committee to discuss ideas and conduct member surveys as appropriate to determine direction.
Provide guidance and approvals as necessary for Committees.
Take suggestions and delegate as necessary.
Pursue questions with Pickleball Ontario and Pickleball Canada (e.g. insurance 2-visit requirement, club administration best practices, etc.) and delegate initiatives as appropriate.
