This is your AGM. We ask that a few members consider helping out, as many hands make light work.
We have a tight schedule and need to have the meeting end upstairs no later than 8PM. In order for a fun and smooth flow, we are looking for some assistance.
- Registration table is required to keep record of who is in attendance for food and quorum
- Setting up is for getting the pizza, drinks etc. on the tables for easy flow of traffic by 5:45PM. Tables and chairs will already be set up by the facilities staff at AMA
- Tidy up - is just that - make sure all food is removed and everything is in the garbage and room is clean by 8PM.
That's it - and then you have the rest of the night to party!!

We are happy to say we are celebrating almost 1 full year since we had our first meeting to suggest we were forming a club.
On Sat Oct 4th we will be holding our AGM from 4-8pm on the courts and upstairs.
4:00-5:45pm games on court and off court.
5:45-6:30pm pizza dinner
6:30-8:00pm AGM including elections.
WE MUST HAVE 70 PEOPLE (1/3 of membership) TO ENSURE WE HAVE A QUORUM TO HOLD OUR AGM. We do not allow proxies so it is imperative you attend in person.
