Visitors Program Fee

How to Participate

The Visitors Program fee for non-members is $10.00 per person, per program. Participation is limited to individuals who are registered through Court Reserve (Ways to Play) and who have completed payment using the Drop-In Payment Link tab.

Step 1: Create a CourtReserve Account

Create an account or log-in in CourtReserve.

Step 2: Select an App Membership type
Choose the Visitor Membership – Adult

This free membership option allows you to access the app and register for programming but does not include full  Medicine Hat Pickleball Club (MHPC) membership benefits

Step 3: Register for a Program
Register for the desired program in CourtReserve.

Step 4: Submit Your Program Fee
Complete payment for the program.

Once all steps are completed, your registration in CourtReserve will be approved and you will receive a confirmation.

When you arrive at the courts, any club member on site can let you in through the gates.

Please Note:

• Payment must be made in order for program registration to be approved in Court Reserve
• No refunds.
• Prices do not include GST.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a credit for a future booking.
• If a program is cancelled due to low participation, a refund will be issued upon request mhpbtreasurer@gmail.com
