NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on June 28th, 2024.
For the following purposes:
1. To accept the Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting;
2. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Society for the financial year ended December 31, 2024;
3. To waive the appointment of an auditor of the Society; and
4. To elect Directors for the 3 year period 2025 to 2028.
