Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Burlington Pickleball Association Leagues

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:

A league is cancelled in its entirety before the first game or event.

A player is unable to participate due to injury or for reasons beyond their control (e.g., relocation, unexpected personal circumstances) with the approval of the Board of Directors.

Refund Process

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to president@burlingtonpickleball.ca.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the request.

Refund Amounts

Refunds will be prorated based on the number of games or events remaining in the season at the time of the request.

Processing fees for any payments made through Pickleball Canada are non refundable.

Refunds done by e-transfer are subject to an administrative fee of $2.

Policy Updates

The Burlington Pickleball Association reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all registered participants.

By registering for any of our pickleball leagues, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this refund policy.
