By signing below, the participant hereby releases the Pickleball Yorkton Club, it's elected officials and officers, volunteers and representatives, or any of them, from and against any and all liability for personal injury, death, property damage or loss that I/we or the participant may suffer arising from any cause whatsoever, as a result of participation in the Pickleball Yorkton Midwinter Tournament.
