PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE NOTICE

By participating in any North Bay Pickleball Club (NBPC) activities, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or video may be taken of players, spectators, and the general event environment for the purposes of promoting NBPC events, activities, and pickleball in general.

These images may be used in:

• Club newsletters and printed materials

• NBPC’s website and social media channels

• Public promotional materials

If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from areas where photography or video recording is taking place.

By remaining in these areas, you grant NBPC full rights to use your likeness in any promotional or educational material without compensation or notice.
