Ehab El-Sandali cruises to victory, defends title at Canadian Cross-Country Championships

Ehab El-Sandali, who attends Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y., defended his Canadian cross-country title winning the U20 men's 8K at the national championships in Kingston, Ont.
