Mar. 9, 2012: At the 2012 CIS Indoor track and field championship - In the men's 3000m, senior Cliff Childs raced to an eighth place finish in a time of 8:23.38. Childs battled hard through the final 200m but McMaster's Graham Bowes gained the last few passing strides to finish in 8:22.93.
