Dear HVPB Members,
We hope this message finds you well and ready for another fantastic year of pickleball fun.
We are reaching out for three reasons: 1) It’s time to register for the 2025 season 2) Please fill out the important survey below to help shape your upcoming season and 3) Register for the Holiday Social on TeamReach
This will be an exciting year as we hopefully transition to our new courts sometime during the season.
For now, we will be playing on the multi-use pads with a very similar set-up to last season. Once our new courts are ready, we will notify you with updated information.
1) Registration Details:
Renewal notice goes out December 1st, 2024
Renewal Options Are:
- Renew Horseshoe Valley Pickleball + Pickleball Ontario + Pickleball Canada
- $60.00
- Membership runs to December 31, 2025
- Renew Horseshoe Valley Pickleball Only (Already renewed Pickleball Ontario + Pickleball Canada at another club)
- $40.00
- Membership runs to December 31, 2025
Renew now if you are playing indoors this winter as you will need your Pickleball Ontario/Canada membership to secure your mandatory insurance.
2) 2024 Survey:
We’re excited to invite all members of Horseshoe Valley Pickleball to participate in an important survey to help shape the upcoming season. Your feedback is invaluable as we reflect upon this past year and look ahead to creating a schedule that meets the needs and preferences of our community. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts, ideas, and experiences, ensuring that our club continues to thrive and grow. Your input will guide us in making informed decisions and enhancing the overall pickleball experience for everyone. Make your voice heard, and get the club you want by filling out the survey!
The survey takes about 2-4 minutes to complete.
Please complete the survey by December 10th 2024.
3) Holiday Social:
See you at the Holiday Social on Sunday November 24th, 2024 and don’t forget to register for this event on TeamReach.
