Kingsville Pickleball Court Timeline
Dear Pickleball Members,
We would like to provide an update regarding registration for the upcoming season. At this time, playing time will be limited until the Town of Kingsville makes a final decision to proceed with the demolition of the existing pickleball courts and the construction of the new courts. We expect this to be in August 2026.
We understand that this may be disappointing, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we await confirmation of the project timeline. We will continue to keep you informed as more information becomes available and will provide updates regarding registration and court availability as soon as the Town confirms its plans.

Prices & Deadlines

There will be a $10 fee to each organization on top of the Club Fee
Non-Member Fees
The fee will be $5 per person and will need to sign a waiver
Court Assignments:
All courts will be allocated by Ratio
- Monday to Friday 8:00 to 1:00pm Competitive, Intermediate and Recreational Play (8 courts)
- Monday to Friday 4pm to dusk Competitive, Intermediate and Recreational Play (6 Courts)
- Saturday and Sunday 8:00 to 1:00pm Competitive, Intermediate and Recreational Play (4 Courts)

Members can now register for league play
Notes:
• There will always be at least 2 courts for members who aren’t playing in league to use for drop in play
• Members must register using the Team Reach app to play in leagues
• Any questions and/or suggestions email Rob at dalley@rogers.com
• Interested in convening a league- contact Rob at dalley@rogers.com
• Convenors will be using Team Reach app to register and indicate weekly availability
• Email the convenor directly to get the Team Reach code if it isn’t listed below
• KPI Board might limit the number of leagues a member can play in depending on registration numbers. We are trying to be equitable to all members
• 4 courts available at 11:15 and 6:00 league play; Saturday and Sunday – 2 Courts available for league play, which means registration and weekly play numbers is limited for some leagues
• To register: open the Team Reach app and type in the group code. The convenor will need to accept you into their league. It doesn’t happen automatically.
• With the exception of the ‘Open’ Leagues on Friday am and pm, Members can only play in leagues at one level (Beginner or Intermediate or Competitive)
