NANAIMO PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT
EVENTS: Skill levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 Saturday, July 11th: Mens and Ladies Doubles Sunday, July 12th: Mixed Doubles
FORMAT: Play is round robin; the number of teams in each event will determine elimination playoffs
SAFETY: Eye Protection is Mandatory (see Club policy HERE)
LOCATION: Oliver Woods Community Centre, 6000 Oliver Road, Nanaimo
ENTRY FEE: $60 per person (includes 1st event, sandwich and healthy snacks) plus $15 for 2nd
event, plus processing fees. When registering, your partner has 48
hours to complete their registration, otherwise your team will be put to
the bottom of the waitlist.
REGISTRATION: Opens Saturday, June 13th 2026, at 6 pm and closes Friday, July 3rd at 8 am. Click HERE to go to the Pickleball Brackets website to register.
Pickleball
Tournaments software will be used for the tournament. You and your
partner must create your individual Pickleball Tournament accounts prior
to the commencement of registrations. There is no charge to join
Pickleball Tournaments. Instructions on how to create your Pickleball
Tournaments account can be found on the Nanaimo Pickleball Website by

When
registering for an event at least one of the players must be DUPR rated
at the event level. Example: 3.5 DUPR rated player playing with a DUPR
4.0 player is eligible to play in a 4.0 event. Two 3.5 DUPR rated
players are not eligible to play in a 4.0 event.
REFUND POLICY:
cancellation before July 3rd will result in registration fee minus $15
administration fee. No refunds after July 3rd at 8:01 AM.

Indoor Pickleball is now offered at the QB Curling Club from WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29 every Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Players must be members of Pickleball Canada and should also join QBPC (no charge for now). Players may choose to pay $50 for the season (about 40 sessions) by eTransfer to qbpickleball@gmail.com, or a drop in fee of $5.
