WHAT IF THERE IS A MEDICAL ISSUE?
Call 911 if there is an emergency.
The defibrillator is located at the reception desk. Non-emergencies require completion of an incident report form which is located at the reception desk.

You must join SLPC first.

HOW DO I GET AN ACCESS CARD TO THE RALLY HOUSE?
Contact us by the end of the day on Tuesday’s to get your access card set up: ccicchelli10@gmail.com
Cards will be available for pickup at the Rally House reception desk the following Saturday between 8 and 10 am. The back door will be unlocked during this time.
At Pickup, the form will be completed and signed and the fee will be charged to your credit card.
A valid credit card must be on file prior to pickup:
Rally House package holder: $15
Basic SLPC: $20
Replacement Card: $40
$10 deposit will be refunded upon card return (card must be returned with no markings or holes)
HOW DO I GET A RATING CHANGE?
Please read the SLPC Club Ratings document.
Note: New SLPC members will be assigned an initial SLPC Club Rating to start playing at the Rally House.
Please refer to the SLPC Club Ratings document if you wish to apply for a rating change.
HOW DO I PAY ON COURT RESERVE?
Rally House package holders have a credit preloaded to their account to pay for their initial plays according to their package. You can see your account balance by looking at Billing/Transactions. After using that, members will be billed to their account and charged to their credit card at the beginning of the next month. For members with an unlimited package, there is no charge for regular 2 hour plays.
Basic SLPC members and Guests will be billed to their account and charged to their credit card at the beginning of the next month.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A RALLY HOUSE PACKAGE?
At this time, Rally House packages are sold out. Contact sarnialambtonpickleball@gmail.com if you would like to be added to the waitlist. Please note you can still play at Rally House without a package. See Rally House Bookings
HOW DO I CANCEL A BOOKING?
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations require 24 hour notice. Any cancellations and/or no shows within the 24 hour period will be charged. For those making reservations, please double check with members before adding them to a reservation, especially if it is within the 24 hour period when they will be charged.
Events Do NOT cancel automatically. Please cancel yourself prior to the 24 hours if the numbers are low and you do not want to play with less than 4 members. Otherwise, you will be billed.
CAN I GET A SUBSTITUTE IF I AM PLAYING IN A LEAGUE OR BOOKED ON A COURT?
SUBSTITUTIONS may be secured by a League Organizer or Administrator ONLY. Substitutions will be charged their normal fee to play.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Guests are required to create a Court Reserve account with a valid credit card (not a debit card) and must be added to a booking before accessing the courts.

CAN MEMBERS THAT HAVE A BOOKING BLEND?
BLENDING of players that have a booking at the same time can occur if it benefits all players and everyone is in agreement. For example, if a group has 7 players and there’s an extra player on another court.
