Private Bookings

Members of TSPC may book a private game at the Community Hall with the following conditions:

  1. Organizing member must check the city booking site to see if requested time is available 
    1. SELECT HERE to access the city’s facility calendars
    2. The City will not approve a time within 30 minutes of another approved time. 
    3. You will need to book for a minimum of two hours.
  2. Email a list of players and requested time to Joel Sharp at Joel.Sharp.1968@gmail.com
  3. Organizing player must guarantee all players are members of TSPC or hold Pickleball Ontario membership.
  4. E-transfer a $40 fee to temshorespc@gmail.com for each 2 hour private session.
