How to sign up to become an APA member

1. Open the APA / Pickleball Canada registration page
   Go to the Amherstburg Pickleball Association club page on Pickleball Canada’s registration system (this is the official sign-up portal). Pickleball Canada+1
2. Click “Join / Renew” (or “Register”)
   On the club page, look for the "Join–Renew" or "Register" button. That will send you into the Pickleball Canada / Pickleball Ontario registration flow. Pickleball Canada+1
3. Look up existing membership first
   The system will ask if you already have a membership. Use the Lookup tool first (enter name or email) to avoid duplicate accounts. If you’re already in the system, select 'Renew' instead of creating a new account. Pickleball Canada
4. Create an account / enter your personal details
   If you’re new, create a registrant account: name, email, address, phone, emergency contact, etc. Pickleball Canada
5. Select your province and club
   When prompted, choose Ontario and then Amherstburg Pickleball Association as your club. The system groups Pickleball Canada (national), Pickleball Ontario (provincial), and your club together so you pay all required fees in one checkout. Pickleball Canada+1
6. Review fees & waivers
7. You’ll be asked to accept standard waivers/insurance terms before finishing registration. Read and accept to proceed.
8. Pay online
   Pay with the online payment options shown (credit card). A small processing fee may apply. After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation and a membership number/receipt by email. Pickleball Canada+1
9. Save/print your receipt & membership number
   Keep the confirmation email (it typically includes your membership ID). This may be needed for league signups, tournaments, or proof of membership for drop-ins.
10. APA uses its website and Facebook for updates — join. the APA page for events and news. Facebook+1

2026/27 APA Winter League REGISTRATION!!!!

APA has been working to secure venues for winter play to provide as many opportunities as possible for our members. We are pleased to share a diverse list of leagues. Many of the traditional school locations have been reserved, and we are happy to announce that we are partnering with Primetime Pickleball to offer leagues at their beautiful LaSalle location. The initial Primetime Pickleball sessions will be 9 weeks in length from October to December, utilizing 3 courts. If these events show promise, we will offer further leagues starting in January 2027.

NOTE – new members should wait until September 1^st to register as 2027 dues can paid at that time.

Leagues will be filled as follows:

• Registration will kick-off August 29^th at 9:00am. The registration will close September 9^th at 11:59pm.
• APA members wanting to join league(s) will select and rank the sessions they would like to participate in using this link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdy1ZpbArDa9OjcGZDl5lTvPCRuJ_ZMbfUBwDYWjiqAkfUkhQ/viewform?usp=dialog
• APA members can include the name of a partner / friend / spouse that they want play with in a league.
• Convenors may select up to 50% of the players for each session.
• After registration closes, a number randomizer will be used to set the order to filling the remaining spots in each league. The first person on the list will be offered the league that is their 1^st choice; as well as the partner / friend / spouse that they have identified. We will work down the list until all spots are filled.
• Members will not get placed in a second league, until all members 1^st choices have been evaluated.
• Target to identify players for each league is September 18^th. At that time, players will be advised on how to pay for their league(s).
• Players are not considered to be in a league until they have paid.

Amherstburg P.S. – Level 3.0+ - Mondays 630pm to 830pm – Nov. 2^nd to Mar. 22nd - $50 / person

Harrow P.S. – Level 3.0+ - Mondays 630pm to 830pm – Jan. 4^th to Apr. 5^th - $25 / person

LaSalle P.S. – Level 3.5+ - Mondays 830pm to 1030pm – Nov. 2^nd to Apr. 5^th - $50 / person

Primetime Pickleball – Level 2.75 to 3.49 – Mondays 9am to 11am – Oct. 26 to Dec 21 (9 wks) - $95 / person.

Anderdon P.S. - Level 3.0 to 5.0 - Tuesdays 630pm to 830pm – Nov. 4th to Mar 31st - $50 / person

Primetime Pickleball – Level 3.25+ – Wednesdays 9am to 11am – Oct. 28 to Dec 23 (9 wks) - $95 / person.
