4-WEEK Continuing Learner - INDOOR Program
We’re excited to announce a Pickleball Program designed for players who have already completed at least 2 Learn to Play Pickleball sessions (or at least 2 months of experience) and are ready to continue their journey in a supportive, indoor environment. NOT FOR BEGINNERS! Approximate Level recommended: 2.0 - 2.5.
Program Details:
- Duration: 4-week Program
- Schedule: Tuesdays - Oct 6th, Oct 13th, Oct 20th and Oct 27th
- Time: 8:15 PM – 10:15 PM
- Location: Indoor venue at William Berczy Public School, 120 Carlton Rd. Unionville ON, L3R 1Z9

Parking is available on the west side of William Berczy Public School.
Please enter through the front entrance.
Spots Available: 12 participants max (Minimum 6)
Fee:
- MPC Members: $108 + HST ($27 per session + HST)
- Non-Members: $120 + HST ($30 per session + HST)
Purpose:
This program is ideal for those eager to continue developing their skills, gain confidence, and enjoy coached gameplay in a fun, welcoming environment and are ready to take the next step after completing a Learn to Play Pickleball Clinic.
What to Expect:
- Review of Fundamental Skills: Serving, returning, dinking, volleying, and rally techniques
- Court Positioning & Scoring: Learn where to stand, how to rotate, and how to keep score
- Game Play Practice: Apply your skills in friendly, coached games
- Q&A and Personalized Tips: Receive guidance tailored to your pace and progress
Led by Certified MPC Coaches, this program emphasizes fun, encouragement, and confidence-building. You’ll leave with the skills to enjoy the game and comfortably join drop-in play.
What we will work on:
- Keeping the ball in play to build consistency and confidence
- Have experience with basic shot selection and rally play
- Understand scoring and be able to call out the score before serving
- Know the rules of the game
- Demonstrate proper court positioning
- Consistent serves and returns ((DEEP! And remember the 2-bounce Rule)
- Learning how to take control at the kitchen line (remember your ready position)
- Serve & Stay! Return & Run!
What to Bring:
- Comfortable athletic wear
- Indoor non-markhing court shoes
- A paddle (loaners available upon request)
- A water bottle (a water bottle filling station is on-site)
Attendance & Substitutions
There are no refunds for missed sessions. If you can't attend, you may propose a suitable replacement player (about 2.0 to 2.5. Please notify us at info@markhampickleballclub.ca at least 24 hours before the session; all replacements must be approved. If you don't have someone, MPC may offer your spot to an eligible player on the waitlist. Payment is arranged directly between you and your substitute (for example, by Interac eTransfer). Can't get a spot? Join the waitlist and we'll offer you any open sessions.
