INDOOR PICKLEBALL AT CLERGUE SCHOOL GYM
Season: September 29, 2026 – May 27, 2027

Player Eligibility:
This registration is for individual players who already know how to play doubles pickleball.
Recreational/Novice* and Intermediate players welcome.
*Novice = beginners who have already taken a Learn to Play lesson and understand the game rules.
Please review Self‑Rating guidelines to determine your level.

Requirements:
All players must bring their own paddle and balls.
Clean indoor court/athletic shoes required.
All players must have an up‑to‑date Pickleball Canada/Soo Pickleball Membership ($25) which is part of this registration process.

Important Facility Note:
The 3 courts at Clergue Gym are small and best suited for recreational play.

Session Options & Fees:
Each session: $60 per season, maximum 24 players. Players may choose up 1 or 2 sessions ($60 each session).

Tuesdays:
5:30pm–7:30pm – Recreational FULL
7:30pm–9:30pm – Intermediate FULL

Thursdays:
5:30pm–7:30pm – Intermediate FULL
7:30pm–9:30pm – Recreational FULL

Fridays:
5:30pm–7:30pm – Recreational FULL
7:30pm–9:30pm – Intermediate STILL ROOM!

Wait List:
A wait list will open once all sessions are full. Throughout the season, additional players may be added if attendance is low.

Additional Details:
A volunteer from each group is needed to hold the door key fob. Email soopickleball.rg@gmail.com to volunteer.
Attendance each week is encouraged but not mandatory.
Once you register, ensure you have a free PlaytimeScheduler.com login. Weekly sessions will appear there so players can indicate their attendance by adding their name.
Missing sessions on PlaytimeScheduler indicate cancellations due to school holidays or PA days.
Players register individually and play doubles using a bench‑order rotation.
Volunteers will assist during the first weeks with net setup and rotation format.
School events or closures may result in cancelled sessions.
