Information and Signup for Indoor Play Fall 2025
NOTE: Winnipeg West Pickleball Club Membership is also required!
If you played indoor with us last fall or winter you will have 7 days priority for signup.
This year we will run indoors like outdoor play. We assign spots based on skill level of play and you sign up using Play Time Scheduler.

- The three month (13 weeks) cost will be $273 ($7 or less per play). (Oct. 6th to Jan 3rd).
- Away for a month? you can sign up for two months out of the 3 month session. Oct to Dec. Pick your months.
- Still Working (means: fully employed not family duties) you can sign up for 1 or 2 plays a week for 3 months. Oct. to Dec.
- Recreational sessions (self rated) will be skill group based like outdoors (Novice, Intermediate, Advanced).
- Competitive sessions will be skill group based (Intermediate competitive, Advanced competitive). WWPB may require evaluation of players in these groups to ensure appropriate skill levels.
- We are capping sessions at 6 players per court with waitlisting and 200 max. players to start.
- Cost includes balls.
- Play Time Scheduler slots will start appearing for October 6th. play.

Evening and Weekend play is for fully employed members, then if room sessions can be backfilled after 24 hours. (3 month options only).
Guidelines: (We hope this is an honor system, but will police it, if we have to.)
- If already signed up in one slot, Please DO NOT signup for another the same day and possibly block others from playing at all.
- Some days you will have your choice of 3-4 playing times at multiple facilities (choose ONE time slot only)
- PT Scheduler only warns if you are playing outside of your skill range. Please be considerate of others playing. Competitive sessions may be set to "block signup if outside skill range".
Please limit your play to 3 times a week, unless spots are available 24 hour before the event.

We will be playing at 3 -5 locations, currently this is what we have available for times. This information will be updated as received.
- SHCC (Sturgeon Heights CC) M,W,F,S @ 8AM-10AM - 3 courts.
- SHCC (Sturgeon Heights CC) 8:00AM to 5:00PM (4x2.25 hr.) Tuesday and Thursday - 3 courts.
- BORC (The Bruce Oake Recovery Centre) TBD
- Valour Rd CC -Isaac Brock Site - Mon- Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., 9:30AM, 11:30PM.,1:30PM and - 3 courts
- Valour Rd CC -Isaac Brock Site - Saturday 8:00AM, 10:00AM, 12:00PM - 3 courts
- Valour Rd CC -Isaac Brock Site - Sunday 8:00AM to 12:00PM -Starting January - 3 courts
- Romeo D 'Allaire school Tuesday and Friday evenings TBD
Sign ups for fall and winter will be separate. Costs are based on court costs, number of weeks of play and signup.
