2026 LCPC Membership Renewal Notice

Current LCPC active members will be able to renew their membership for the 2026 season during a priority registration period from Thursday January 1, 2026 @ 8AM thru January 15, 2026 @ 11:59PM. Once registration opens, members should visit the Pickleball Canada website and complete the following steps: 

1. Login to your account > click on any RENEW button on the website (there are many)
2. Select Province: British Columbia
3. Select: Lake Country Pickleball Club
4. Complete the form; read & accept all waivers and “digitally sign” the on-line form
5. Provide your payment information.

Membership fees for the 2026 season include:

• Lake Country Pickleball Club - $60.00*
• Pickleball BC - $10.00
• Pickleball Canada - $10.00
• Total Fees: $80.00 plus applicable fees & taxes

*At the September 2025 Annual General Meeting, attending members approved a motion to support the Lake Country Food Bank by contributing $7.50 from each membership fee to be donated to the charity. This donation is included in your membership fee of $60.00 ($52.50 + $7.50 = $60.00)

Payment of fees is online by credit card or PayPal. As is common with online payment systems there is a transaction fee of 4.9% plus $0.50 plus applicable sales tax.

All memberships are processed through the national registration system called the Pickleball Canada National System (PCNS). The PCNS is your "one-stop location" for joining Lake Country Pickleball Club (LCPC), Pickleball BC (PBC) and Pickleball Canada (PCO). The three governing entities – LCPC, PBC, PCO each determine their own membership fee. All the fees are paid at once and the PCNS automatically credits the three partner organizations.

If you are a member of another pickleball club and previously registered with Pickleball Canada and/or Pickleball BC, you will only be charged the LCPC registration fee of $60.00 plus taxes and fees. Previous payments will automatically be recognized by the PCNS system based on your membership number. Confirmation that you have successfully registered and paid your fees through the PCNS system will be delivered to the email address on your Pickleball Canada profile.

Waitlist Update - following the priority membership renewal period that ends on January 15,2026 at 11:59PM, LCPC will take some time to review the number of returning members to determine if we have space available to add new members to the club. If space allows, names on the current waitlist may/will be invited to join the club based on the date and time of registration. If you have previously registered on the LCPC waitlist, you should login to your Pickleball Canada profile and make sure all information is accurate and updated. Waitlist invites will be sent out by email between January 16th - 31st. Be sure to check your Inbox/junk/spam folder if you are on the waitlist!
