Team Registration
$85.00/team
Tournament Schedule
- Check-In & Warm-Up: 7:15 AM
- Player Meeting: 7:50 AM
- Play Begins: 8:00 AM sharp
**Please arrive early to check in, warm up, and familiarize yourself with the courts.
Tournament Format
Team Draw
Teams will participate in a blind draw. During registration, each team will select a number. That number will determine the team's placement in the tournament draw.
Round Robin Play
- Games played to 11 points
- Win by 1 point
- The first team to reach 11 points wins
Playoff Matches
- Double-elimination format
- Games played to 11 points
- Win by 2 points
- Cap at 13 points
Medal Matches
- Games played to 11 points
- Win by 2 points
- Cap at 15 points
Playoff structure and divisions may be adjusted based on total registration numbers.
Standings & Seeding
Teams will be ranked using the following criteria:
- Win/Loss Record
- Total Points For
- Total Points Against
- Point Differential
Score Reporting
The winning team is responsible for reporting the final score to the Tournament Scorekeeper immediately following each match.
Court Etiquette & Line Calls
This tournament will use player-officiated matches.
- The team on the side where the ball lands is responsible for making "in" or "out" calls.
- Please use the honour system and make fair, respectful calls.
- There are no on-court officials.
- Any disputes should be resolved by the players involved in a sportsmanlike manner.
Tournament Information
- Playoff brackets will be posted once round robin play is completed.
- Washroom facilities are available on site.
- Please stay hydrated throughout the day.
We recommend bringing:
- Water and snacks
- A lawn chair
- Sunscreen
- An umbrella or pop-up shelter
- Nearby food and grocery options include Quality Foods and Save-On-Foods.
- Eye protection is strongly recommended.

REFUND POLICY
REGISTRANT WITHDRAWL:
Registrants withdrawing before August 6th @ 8 am will be refunded entry fee minus a $15.00 administration fee. NO refunds after August 6th@ 8:01 am for player cancellations / withdrawals.
You will have to find your own replacement and inform the tournament director.
WEATHER AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
The Tournament Director reserves the right to delay, suspend, modify, or cancel the tournament due to adverse weather conditions, unsafe playing conditions, air quality concerns, facility issues, insufficient registrations, or any other circumstances beyond the control of PA Picklers.
Every effort will be made to complete the tournament as scheduled. If play cannot proceed safely on the scheduled date, the tournament may be moved to the designated rain date.
Should the tournament be cancelled and unable to be rescheduled, registration refunds, less $5.00 non-recoverable fees and expenses, will be issued at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.
The Tournament Committee's decisions regarding delays, modifications, rescheduling, or cancellation are final.
