MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Become a Club member* by enrolling in one of the following plans:
All In
Play Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (this option currently is closed to additional registrants)
Weekday
Play Monday, Wednesday, Friday from Noon to 2 p.m. (this option currently is closed to additional registrants)
Saturday
Play in a Saturday Club session. We offer two sessions:
- Competitive play all levels (this session plays from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
- Ultra-competitive play (this session currently is closed to additional registrants)
The Club Board assigns players to the appropriate session. Registered Saturday members get the added benefit of playing as a fill-in for absent players at no additional cost when space is available in a weekday session that works with your schedule. (Session fee is $75).
Club Pass 20
Receive 20 opportunities to play in Club sessions as a fill-in for absent players when space is available on a day that works with your schedule. After your pass is depleted, you can purchase another Club pass or continue to play as a guest for a fee of $5. Availability of Club Passes are limited. (Club Pass 20 is $75)
Club Pass 5
Receive 5 opportunities to play in Club sessions as a fill-in for absent players when space is available on a day that works with your schedule. After your pass is depleted, you can purchase another Club pass or continue to play as a guest for a fee of $5. Availability of Club Passes are limited. (Club Pass 5 is $25)
Guest Options
Email the Club to inquire about being a guest. The fee is $5. If the request to play is approved by the Club Board, Guests will be placed on an email list to request opportunities to play when space is available. The Club email is arpballclub@gmail.com.
Drop-ins are not allowed in Club sessions.
The Fill-In process
The Club will first send emails with a list of fill-in opportunities to players fully registered in a Club session. Club Pass holders will get the next opportunity. If opportunities remain, those will be offered to Guests who requested to be placed on an email list. People interested in playing can identify which listed openings they would like to play by responding to the email.
Priority will be given to fill-in requests as follows: Saturday-only; Club Pass 20; Club Pass 5; Guests. Every effort will be made to provide all who request playing time the opportunity to play in a Club session.
Easy Payment Options
Pay by cash, by cheque to Annapolis Royal Pickleball Club or by e-transfer. Use the phone number 9022458801 for the e-transfer. The name of the account is Annapolis Royal Pickle Ball.
*All Club members and Guests:
- Must be a member of Pickleball Nova Scotia in good standing.
- Must meet and abide by the club’s bylaws, code of conduct and waiver.
- Will be asked to sign a Club waiver before playing in their first session.
