Self Cancellation/Refunds:
Members will be able to cancel their own sessions as of January 2024(you will no longer have to email admin@cambridgepickleball.ca – unless you are having issues).
-if you cancel 48hrs in advance to your next session, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of approx. $1.00, which covers our processing fees that the club incurs.
-if you cancel after the 48hr window, there will be no refund. Please continue to cancel your session so that members on the waitlist can still have a chance to book some court time.
