Fundraiser for Lynne Hurley's bike ride in support of mental health

We held a successful "FUN" fundraiser and even the weather supported our event!! 38 donations and amount raised was $760. 

AGM is Wednesday June 1 at the Stoney Creek Center

Join us for the 2022 Annual General Meeting. We'd appreciate if you register using sign-up genius as we need attendance numbers for ordering pizza. Bring a chair and beverage as we might be able to hold the meeting outside if the weather is nice.

Covid-19 Update

Effective immediately the Camrose Pickleball Club will be following the new Alberta Health guidelines, therefore, providing QR codes will not be necessary to play pickleball at this time. Monitors will no longer be asking for proof of vaccination. Be aware you could possibly be playing with people who are not vaccinated. It is your personal decision if you'd like to participate. 

Christmas Food Frenzy Tounament 2021

Our fun Christmas Tourney was completed on Dec 20 & 21. Lots of great matches but best of all $305 and a lot of food was collected for the Camrose Food Bank. See the pictures section on this website for the results.

Indoor Fieldhouse play starts Sunday Oct. 3,2021

We will commence play at the Camrose Community Center. 4516-54 Street. Click here for map.

Cost is $6.50/play session. In advance, you can purchase a sheet of 10 tickets for $65 or an unlimited play monthly pass for $60.
Purchase your tickets or pass by e-transfer to camrosepickleball@gmail.com (preferred method). At the courts you can also purchase tickets or a pass with a credit card/debit  card using "Square". No cash!!

PLAYING INDOORS, CAMROSE PICKLEBALL CLUB WILL REQUIRE DOCUMENTED PROOF
THAT EACH PLAYER HAS BEEN DOUBLE-VACCINATED PRIOR TO PLAYING.

PLAYERS WITH SINGLE VACCINATION OR UNVACCINATED STATUS CANNOT PLAY.

So Long Summer Scramble

Our scramble was completed under incredible blue skies. Lots of great matches. In the 3.5+ group Terry Kennedy/Peter Kwong Gold, Ronda Pickering/Wendy MacMillan Silver, Ivon Lemieux/Jim Kennedy Bronze. In the 3.0 group Noreen Eyolfson/Brenda Warner Gold, Peter Blais/Rodger Forth Silver, May Mann/Rebecca Heiberg Bronze.

Pickleball Canada National Championship 2021 - Gold Rush!

Congratulations to our Camrose Club members Wendy MacMillan and Roy Fairweather who won a Gold medal in the 3.0 Mixed Doubles age 70 and above category. 

Pickleball Canada National Championship 2021 - Silver Medal

Congratulations to our Camrose Club members Roy Fairweather and Ivon Lemieux who won a Silver Medal in the 3.0 Mens Doubles age 70 and above category.

Pickleball Canada National Championship 2021 - Bronze Medal

Congratulations to our Camrose Pickleball member Wendy MacMillan who along with partner Bonnie Gardner won Bronze in the 3.0 Womens Doubles age 60 and above category. 

Pickleball Alberta Provincial Championships 2021

The Pickleball Alberta Provincial Championships 2021 were held in Spruce Grove Aug. 5-8. Congratulations to our Camrose Club members Claudine Lemieux and Lorne Enright who won Bronze in the 4.0 Mixed Doubles age 60 and above category.

New Pickleball Canada National System set to go live June 2021.

Camrose Pickleball Club has a new website integrated with Pickleball Canada and Pickleball Alberta starting in June 2021.
