CONDITIONING
Requirements:
- Pickleball lines for reference
Lateral movement
- You may do this at whatever intensity level you want
- Split step then move to side line, back to the middle
- Split step then to center line, back to the middle
- Side line to center line back and forth laterally (build-up to1 min)
Set of line
You may do this at whatever intensity level you want
Always face the direction of travel
- Long lines (Suicides)
- Start at your baseline go to NVZ line,
- Back to baseline then go to centerline,
- Back to baseline then go to the opponent’s NVZ line,
- Back to baseline then go to other baseline
- Finish back at your baseline.
- Short lines (Shortened version of the long lines).
- Baseline to NVZ line,
- Back to baseline then to centerline,
- Only go back to NVZ line,
- Then to the opponent NVZ and back to centerline,
- Then to opponent baseline,
- Finish at your baseline.
