Outdoor Season (approx. May to November)
We play at Meadowlark Park, starting around the end of April or early May, depending on weather, and if Dauphin Recreation Services have made the courts ready. In the past, we have been able to play outdoors until early November! Meadowlark has 3 beautiful pickleball courts with one dedicated solely to pickleball.
If the weather is not conducive to outdoor play, if the outdoor courts are full, or if you prefer indoor play, 2 courts are taped and set up in the curling rink at Credit Union Place. Please call ahead to the Credit Union Place Admin Office, at (204) 622-3150, to be sure the rink is available.
Notable dates in 2026 when the curling rink is booked are June 13-21, for DRCSS Graduation, and June 22-June 28, for the Summer Fair.
- Open play, all levels welcome.
- 3 courts available at each location, but you may have to wait to play.
- Nets are usually set up. Balls and paddles may be available to borrow during regular Club Play times, however, players are encouraged to bring their own paddle(s) and ball(s)
- Dauphin Recreation Services also has some equipment in a Rubbermaid chest inside the Meadowlark Park court fence but it may be in use when you arrive, and we are not responsible for the condition of that equipment.
- No drop-in fee is charged, however, access to either the outdoor courts or the curling rink is provided through the purchase of a court key from Dauphin Recreation Services, at the front desk of Credit Union Place.
- Keys are $80 for the season and you will get $20 back if you return the key by the deadline, in the Fall.
- A key is required to unlock the outdoor courts or to access the courts at the curling rink, when you sign in at the front desk.
CLUB PLAY:
2026 Group Play is every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM (weather and light permitting), and on Sundays (times TBA), starting the week of May 19, 2026.

LEAGUE PLAY:
The Work Ditchers Dinking League (WDDL) plays Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning, starting at 10:30 a.m., ending around noon or 12:30 p.m., dependent on number of players. Please register online to play with this group, in order to get communications, and changes or updates, and to ensure enough players can attend on a given day. Registration is free. THANKS!
