2026 Guest Policy
Horseshoe Valley Guest Policy for Pickleball Sessions
We love welcoming new players! If you'd like to bring a guest, please follow this simple protocol:
- Guests MUST be accompanied by a registered HVPB member.
- Guest may attend up to two sessions per season.
- Guests MUST sign the Guest Waiver Form. This waiver form can be printed from this website or copies are located in the blue binder in the HVPB shed.
- Signed Guest Waiver Forms should be stored in the blue binder in the shed.
- Guests DO NOT have access to the HVPB member insurance policy.
- Members are responsible for their guest's conduct and ensure they follow all club rules.
