Court Access
The gate to the pickleball courts has a numeric code which is changed regularly and only available to members.
Once you become a member and you login to the SPATA website a "GATE CODE" button appear on the web page which will give you the current gate access code. We will also e-mail all MEMBERS the code when it changes.

September 2024 - Members Pickleball Tournament
Members Tournament - September 7 & 8
Seba Pickleball and Tennis Association (SPATA) once again will be hosting a member’s fun tournament. Club members should register by August 9 and if we need more teams we will send an invite to the Parkland Pickleheads.
Scheduled play will be team play as below, with the separation of skill levels 3.5 and 3.6+, and 3.0 and below.
We are hoping for a fun weekend with some great play. Both you and your partner will register for the tournament separately using the registration email and stating your partner’s name. If you would like to play and do not have a partner, register as “needing a partner” and the tournament committee will arrange a partner for you from the players needing a partner pool.

Saturday:

Mens < 3.0 (8 teams)
Mens 3.5 & 3.6+
1pm -
Womens <3.0 (8 teams)
Womens 3.5+ (8 teams)
Sunday:
8am -
Mixed < 3.0 Under 60 (8 teams)
Mixed < 3.0 60+ (8 teams)
1pm-
Mixed 3.5 & 3.6+ Under 60
Mixed 3.5 & 3.6+ 60+ (8 teams)
Play will be round robin (games to 11 win by 2). Top 4 teams will play a medal round (best 2 of 3 to 11 win by 2). Medals will be presented to Gold, Silver and Bronze winners in each group. All teams will be guaranteed 7 games.

Registration fee will be $35.00 per person for first event and $15.00 for second event. Payment to be made through e-transfer to Doug Thomas’s email dt1315@live.com
If weather conditions don’t allow for play on September 7 & 8 the tournament will be rescheduled to the weekend of September 21 & 22.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor event. In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is NOT available. If events are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the event may be finished or if winners may be determined.
