How to Register for Round Robin Events

Check the Sherwood Heights Court Schedule for the event you would like to register for. You will register for events that comply with your club rating.

Open events are events where all levels play together, they are "King of the Court", or "Open Play".

Registration for events open at 9:00 PM one week prior to an event. For example, if you’d like to register for an event on August 8th, you would register for that event at 9:00 PM on August 1st.

Hint:  Set an alarm to be sure to get a spot.

  1. From the dropdown Menu above ‘REGISTER FOR EVENTS HERE!’ - Select your rating level.  All the events you are eligible to register for will appear. Scroll through the dates until you find the event you wish to register for.
  2. Select ‘REGISTER HERE’
  3. Input your first and last name
  4. Select ‘PROCEED TO NEXT STEP’
  5. Input your email address and phone number
  6. Select ‘CONFIRM REGISTRATION’

You will receive an email confirming your registration in the event.

How to Cancel Out of a Round Robin Event

If you’ve registered for an event and you’re unable to attend, we ask that you please remove
your name from the registration. This allows others the opportunity to fill that spot. You have up
to two hours prior to the event to cancel. If something urgent has occurred and you’re unable
to honour the two hour window, please send a text message to the captain of the event.

Here are the simple steps to cancelling out of an event.

  1. Log in to your Pickleball Canada account
  2. Select ‘My Account’ from the top left corner
  3. Select ‘My Registrations’
  4. Scroll down to find the event
  5. Once you find the event, select the RED X beside your name
  6. Select ‘REMOVE’

The red lines through the event beneath your name will confirm that you have cancelled your
registration
